HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?
Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for internal processing after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges and estimated delivery time for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! Customers receive free shipping on purchases over $75.00 for orders within the United States. Shipping rates will automatically be applied at checkout.
DO YOU OFFER IN-STORE PICKUP?
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Waco Welcome Center, 106 Texas Ranger Trail, Waco, TX 76706. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pick-up instructions.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at https://tourism-waco.myshopify.com/pages/contact with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
United States Postal Service is the only carrier that is allowed to deliver packages to a P.O. Box address. Other carriers, such as UPS and FedEx, are not able to deliver packages to mailboxes in the Post Office.
